Checking your Email using Horde Webmail
Requirements
You will need the following information.
- Your login ID (user name) ex: (joeuser@mydomainname.com)
- Your password
1. To check webmail, you go to http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/.
2. You will be prompted for your email login and password.
3. You will then be shown three different choices of programs to use to check your email. Select the Horde logo.
4. You will be taken to the Language screen. Click Log in.
5.The next screen is the Welcome page. To view your emails, click on the mail icon on the left navigation. This will bring up your Message Display.

7. To Delete a message click on the box next to the message you want to delete.
8. Click the Delete option. This will put a strike through the email to be deleted.
9. The final step to deleting an email is to select Purge Deleted . If you DO NOT purge, the message will remain on the server. This may eventually cause your email account to become full and incoming emails will be rejected.
