Managing Your Blacklist and Whitelist
1. Log into your control panel
- http://www.YourDomainName.com/cpanel
- Username: Enter the username used for your FTP account (sent in your hosting welcome email)
- Password: Enter the password used for your FTP account (sent in your hosting welcome email)
2. Click on the Mail icon
3. Click on the SpamAssassin link
4. Click on Configure SpamAssassin
5. Enter an asterisk (*) in front of the domain name you want to whitelist/blacklist [*.domainexample.com]. This will whitelist/blacklist ALL emails coming from that domain name. Alternatively, you can specify senders for example: newsletters@domainexample.com. This will only allow/disallow you to receive emails from Newsletters email address.
6. Click 'Save' at the bottom once you've added your blacklist and whitelist entries.
