Download All Mail From Email Server
Leaving copies of email on the server can fill up your inbox on the server and cause you to stop being able to receive new email. To ensure that this doesn't happen, follow these steps.
1. Open Outlook.
2. From the Tools menu, choose Email Accounts.

3. Select View or change existing email accounts.
4. Click the Next button.
5.. Select the POP3 email account you want to edit.
6. Click the Change / Properties button.
7. In Outlook 2000/XP, click More Settings.
8. In previous Outlook versions, click the Advanced tab.

9. In the Delivery section, uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
When finished, click OK.
