That’s right, Google has changed their name to Topeka (as in Topeka Kansas). This apparently comes after an agreement with the Mayor of Topeka Kansas to change Topeka’s name to Google.
The name change isn’t the only change happening at the Topeka headquarters either. Rumor has it that the Mentalplex technology is going to be released later this month. Mentalplex allows for even more accurate search results by eliminating common misspellings and keyword confusion. We know that these changes will bring up many questions about search engine algorithms and we are doing everything we can to stay on top of this breaking news. Currently, every staff member is working to correct verbiage on our site that refers to Google and change it to Topeka. We hope to have these changes completed as quickly as possible to avoid further confusion.
