future-ink Awarded “Business of The Year” by GSDBA

SAN DIEGO, CA — future-ink, a local San Diego Web design firm, has been awarded Business of the Year by the Greater San Diego Business Association (GSDBA). Company president, Christianna Connell is recognized for advocating equality and business fairness on behalf of the LGBT community. She will  join other local and national companies like US Bank and Sempra Energy on June 25, 2010 to accept the award.

“Being named Business of the Year by the GSDBA is a great honor,” said Connell. “Our company has always supported diversity and equality in the workplace. In December, Connell took part in President Obama’s White House Job Summit. future-ink was among 103 other companies represented, and offered her support of the jobs tax credit while raising concerns over the rising costs of health care.
